Referendum on Boulder Cohousing

Boulder residents have gathered signatures to put the zoning change for Wonderland Hill‘s Washington Village Cohousing development to a referendum.

Neighbors are unhappy with the plan to develop the old school site, which would include a cohousing community. The neighborhood group says they have nothing against cohousing but are unhappy with the process around the zoning change and the overall plan.
