Building a Tiny Home Agrihood
Join Rebecca Powers for a presentation about living big while going tiny in an agrihood community!
What would it be like to cocreate a farm-to-table neighborhood filled with people who are enjoying the simple life together in a tiny house community? Find out in agrihood advocate Rebecca Powers’s upcoming 60-minute webinar!
She’ll explain some of the most important issues to consider when starting an agrihood community. Find out what you need to know about zoning for a tiny home community, especially when it comes to one that’s centered around regenerative agriculture. Learn about your options for financing your own tiny home and what you need to consider when it comes to working with a builder or building one yourself.
Rebecca will also cover how to go about facilitating community connection and participation, as well as creating a regenerative culture within an agrihood. She’ll even share what it looks like to host educational workshops for the larger public once your village is established.
During this session you will learn:
- The definition of an agrihood
- How to host educational workshops on regenerative agriculture
- The different types of tiny homes, THOW, park model, bus/van conversions
- Which tiny home builders to work with
- How to finance a tiny home
