Join author and wholebody facilitator, Alex Maunder, for a 2-part interactive training on Conflict Resolution.
Experiencing conflict in your community? Relationships? Inner world? It’s time to drop into the body to connect with new possibilities that are surrounding you all the time. Possibilities you may have been unable to see due to the stress and trauma of conflict.
No community can thrive unless each individual member feels seen, heard, and integrated within the circle as a whole. No individual can be at peace and feel whole until conflicted and excluded parts of the personality have been seen, heard, and integrated within the whole person.
This cannot be done with the cognitive mind alone. Only through the ability to sense inside the body and get the “felt sense” of the whole thing can the inner wisdom be activated that will lead to a “felt shift”. This is the inner guidance that leads to deep inner transformation and integration.
Join this two-part training and learn how to connect with unique parts of yourself to enable genuine conflict resolution within your community.
Through this two-part session, you will:
- Learn how to drop inside your body container and connect with the “Felt Sense” of the whole situation
- Discover how to find the words, phrases or images to help articulate that inner felt sense
- Learn how to connect with different parts within yourself and to understand how they view the situation
- Discover how to allow your body wisdom to give you a “felt shift” and reintegrate conflicted parts
- Plan any action steps that need to follow within your community

Alex Maunder
Alex has been a professional Alexander Technique Teacher for the last 34 years and also a Focusing Trainer with the Focusing Institute in New York. He taught week-long workshops in Wholebody Focusing at the Findhorn community from 2013 – 2018. Participants were delighted and enthusiastic about their new-found ability to sense inside their body containers and to find the words to articulate what was going on for them. This added depth and clarity to interpersonal communications and helped in the smooth running of the community.
He has written two books: “Let Your Life Flow” (C W Daniel, 2002) on the Alexander Technique; and “Wholebody Focusing” (www.lulu.com, 2017).
