Mission Statement
To create a self sustaining off grid community that will teach people how to move off grid and be sustainable on their own property or choose to stay in the community and teach others through various programs.
Community Description
This is a new community looking for like minded people to come together to live a self sustaining lifestyle off grid that includes solar/ wind power, community gardening, livestock, and food preservation as well as developing businesses from the resources of the land.
A portion of the property will be developed into a campground as a source of revenue generation for anyone interested in joining this joint venture. Those interested in also joining as a partner for the campground will be required to produce a financial investment and equity will be shared proportionate to the financial investment. Additional shareholders may be accepted in the future for sweat equity.
We will be looking to fill spots with individuals/couples/families that are interested and serious about joining. All participants will be vetted, however, no experience will be necessary but you must have a desire to learn and share knowledge and skillsets.
Community will be established in Southern VA or Tennessee. Final location will be determined by multiple factors, such as the interest of the existing group members, topography, revenue potential, etc.
