Community Description
The intention here is to start a holistic community made-up of respectful, spiritual, peaceful, quiet, non confrontational, positive, creative, resilient, hardworking, loving, down to earth, helpful & nonviolent individuals working toward self-sufficiency & self-reliance by using as many renewable options and natural remedies as possible. To live simple low-impact lives in nature.

- Additional Comments: The "Land Share" pilot project is simply spaces offered to the qualified individuals to build on. It does not include a deed or any sort of ownership. The land is owned by a single family. We can however provide logs for log cabin builds etc. at very low to no cost. For those looking for their very own land with deed, we have land for sale at $15k/acre, based on 3 acres minimum purchase.

- Additional Comments: We cannot stress this enough, we are not able to provide housing, transportation, resources/money, meals, employment, ......... to anyone. Respect for others and the forest comes first. We receive no funding from any government or NGO. We are not a charity organization.

All spaces, equipment, structures, food, etc. will be available to everyone who invests in them. Time, labour, money, maintenance,... How much availability will depend entirely on how much one invests in a particular project. As the community has not yet started, there are no potlucks to speak of. Once the community has established, the frequency of potluck will be determined according to the reception of it.
