The property is private, forested, on a pristine river that empties into the Caribbean only a few miles away.  We have 200 acres bordering on a large river with a well and a few buildings.  There are many fruit trees growing wild and the forested areas are interwoven with walking and hiking trails.  It’s GORGEOUS! Just see the pics!  🙂

You own your own land here.  You choose the size– between 1 and 5 acres.  Prices vary, but start as low as $10k for 1 acre, $45k for 5.  Owner financing offered.
