I have been sole proprietor of Delectation of Tomatoes (see website and blog on the Internet) since 2011. CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) shares, farmers markets, selling to restaurants and specialty stores, seedlings in the spring (many thousands), and especially seed production are all part what I have been doing, essentially alone.  Over the past few years, demand, especially for seeds, has been growing exponentially, with thousands of customers scattered all over the planet.  This has all become far more than I can do alone, and, for over 20 years, I have longed to be part of a community of like-minded people.  In general terms: ecovillage, living in harmony with the earth, sustainability, principled living (respect, tolerance, compassion, integrity, responsibility, etc.).  Along with this rapidly growing, agriculture-related business, I bring an enormous and diverse seed bank, worth a lot of money and containing seeds of around 5,000 varieties.  I have many other skills to offer as well.  Any chance that integration of an established agricultural business might fit into your community?  Please drop me an email.
