Daybreak Cohousing members dedicate 6-12 hours per month to participating in community social events, governance, and maintenance. You choose which teams (e.g., landscape, finance, facilities) to join and contributions to make based on your skills and interests, but regular participation in monthly plenaries and workdays is important. In turn you get a dedicated, caring set of neighbors working together to maintain a cooperative, multigenerational community! Community activities are organized using Google Workspace, so you must have some level of confidence at using computers and communicating in written English.
