Easy street parking, bike share, and transit nearby (#35 and 72 buses within a couple of blocks, yellow line Max and #44 are a 10-minute walk).  Good highway access too.

7,000 ft2 Common House and extensive outdoor space include:

The fine print

$1690 monthly rent for leases starting before January 20th; $1750 thereafter.  $200 monthly utility fee covers all of the utilities (heat/hot water, water/sewer, electricity, garbage/recycling/compost hauling; lawn service; wired and wireless internet) and use of the common areas.

No smoking of any kind, one indoor cat permitted with additional security deposit.

Available January 6-20^th, 2023.  Six-month lease to start to assure that it’s a good fit, then renewable.

This is an unfurnished rental.

$40 screening fee per financially responsible applicant.
