Our professional partners include Kathryn McCamant of Cohousing Solutions as our development consultant, Brad Gunkel of Gunkel Architecture as our architect, Urban Development + Partners as our developer, and Shelly Parks of CoVision Consulting as a sales consultant.
We recently submitted our design plans to the City and are looking to expand our group! If you enjoy the outdoors and friendly neighbors, Mission Peak Village might be for you. Our 32 homes range from 1-3 bedrooms and will feature a exercise room, quiet workspace, and workshop. We project to move in 2026.
We value community, sustainability, and engagement. Several of our Members are League of Women Voters members, former Peace Corps Volunteers, and environmental advocates.
